Creative?

Lark x Co is a Salt Lake based creative agency with over 3 dozen past and present clients, including brands like Samsung, Google, and Isagenix. Rapidly expanding, Lark's creative needs rapidly outpaced their capabilites, and they needed quick solutions to keep projects on track and on time.

  • Content requests were coming in faster than they could make them.
  • Creative uniformity between contractors was lacking.
  • Their needs were rapidly outpacing their studio's capabilites.
  • Very few systems were in place for project tracking and management.

Solved.

I completely transofrmed Lark's creative process, and worked with their team for over 8 years as a creative project manager. I integrated new, custom systems for project tracking and management, completely started them on a DAM system, and worked regularly as a creative consultant for projects ranging from beauty to food.

  1. Hired multiple new staff members and created new roles to fulfill Lark's expanding needs.
  2. Liasioned between Lark teams and brands, implemented new communication processes.
  3. Designed and opened a brand new studio location more than six-times the size of their previous studio.
  4. Completely revamped their branding, identity, and language to position them as a premiere creative agency.

Result

During my time at Lark x Co their teams tripled in size, I opened up a brand new studio location, and implemented dozens of processses and software to streamline their creative capabilities. Lark x Co as an agency went from being able to produce about 6-8 content blocks per month to producing over 200 each month. Lark x Co is now the most downloaded food photography agency in the world, and has worked with several Fortune 500 brands and their agencies to produce content.
